Q: Test in the lab? (little load)

A: Our product is much more effective on the load with dramatic energy fuluctuation. We can get a good energy saving rate in a short time on the heavy load (For example, the active load which has a big gap of the value between the maximum and the minimum).

-Please, install our product, Ultra with an appliance which load factor is more than 70%.

Question 2.

Q: Why does not Ultra have a ground wire?

A: Ultra should be connected to wires in which there is electric current and resistance. But we call a wire the grounded wire in which electric current and resistance do not flow. Due to the fact, please never connect to the grounded wire.

Q: How does Ultra work to have a saving in the electricity bill?

A: Ultra is a product that introduces the principal that heat energy is lost by resistance that turns into active energy. For example, when the load of 10A works, it needs more than 10A based on the theory for working, but as time goes it is obsolete so that it can cause heat making energy wasted because of increasing resistance in the wire. In short, the load is able to work only with 10A, even if originally it needs 12A, 13A. In other words, our product decreases the unncessary resistance to make it close to 10A so that it decreases the power needed so that 10A is enough to operate well.

Q: Does it work for the main load?

A: Because it is connected to MCB as parallel so it could be installed no matter how much load it has. In other words, our power saver is installed depending on the capacity of the main load. However if the size is bigger than our product‘s capacity, Ultra should be installed to a sub panel and the Main to spread the capacity for matching the size.

Q: What is the strong point of Ultra?

A: It introduces the current improvement system unlike other products that are voltage dropping systems. In brief, Ultra maintains the voltage reliably so that the illumination gets more bright(4%-5%) and the device which heats the water, gets the water faster to boil. Moreover Ultra does not have any bad influence on the devices because it does not make voltage dropped.

The power savers of voltage dropping systems type drop the voltage, causing a short life cycle of the mashines using it, however, to emphasize our product does not affect the life span of the mashines using Ultra.

Question 6.

Q: We already installed condenser type power saver, so can we use a Ultra power saver with condenser type of power saver?

A: Yes.

Ultra is compatible well with a condenser type of power saver. There is no problem because capacitors play with the power factor and our product works on the current.

Question 7.

Q: I purchased a „Ultra“ and installed it. The current was 16.2A before installation but the current remains as the same as before installation of „Ultra“. I can not see any difference between before and after installation. Is the Ultra that I purchased an inferior product?

A: No, it is not. We already carried out electric isolation tests at least 2 times and accomplished a strict test to prove the fact „Ultra“ can stand under 1000V or not. We can provide the best quality to our clients through this essential process. Unlike dorpping voltage types of power savers, you can not see the power saving result imediatly after the installation. Because our product is a current improvement type of power saver which applies superconductor. Ultra needs time for adaption and stabilization in the installed place. Please wait 2-3 days for stabilization and then measure the current (A), and then you can confirm the result of power saving.

Question 8.

Q: How about the lifetime of Ultra? Is it able to maintain the quality after time? If there is a problem with our product, how can we manage it?

A: Ultra is a semi-permanent(20years) product and it can maintain the good quality during that time. We have not confronted any accidents because of our product. Also to insure against any risk Ultra is under PL insurance which applies to all customers over the world. (you can check it out under „Certificates“)

Q: How much power saving rate can we expect?

A: We guarantee 10% of power saving.

Ultra saves energy about 3-4% for lighting load, which makes ROI bad, however if we have a power load the saving rate is 10-17%. There are in same cases even higher energy saving results for mashines that work like refrigerators or AirConditioners.

Q: What should we do for consistent effectiveness of power saver?

A: By practicing aftercare periodically it is possible to keep regular effectiveness consistently. Once more than 5% of total KVA of facilities was extended, you are obliged to add power saver suitable for this.

Q: What is new concept of Electric energy?

A: According to recent studies, electric energy proved to be composed of two things. One is the flow of rotation of electromagnetic waves, another is the vibration of the electron.

Q: What is the product life span of Ultra?

A: It depends on the environment of the actual installation spot. If the instructions in the manual are followed correctly, the life span is semi-permanent(20years).

Q: What are the differences between Ultra and other power saving appliances?

A: Most of the power saving appliances are focused on voltage adjustment systems. However we are absolutely different from the others. Ultra is a power saving appliance of current improvement type.

Q: Where should we install Ultra for the most effective power saving?

A: Ultra is installed to the distributing board of the 2nd Main and the 2nd Actual spot.

Q: How long does Ultra take for installation?

A: Connection in pararell circuit to R.S.T. 3 phase or connection in pararell circuit to each phase of AC power as well. It takes about 10-20 mins for one distributing board.

Q: What is the R.O.I. (Return of Investment)?

A: R.O.I. depends on what kind of loads you use, how many hours you use the mashines, how expensive electricity in your country is. Generally speaking, the cost of Ultra covers your electricity bills within from 12-16 months.

Q: Does Ultra come with a warantee?

A: Yes, Ultra is guranteed for 2 years warrnaty against manufacturing defects, fault materials from the date of purchase under normal installation and use.
